Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All Pure Joy Soapery products are handmade in small batches with care. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if offered): 1–3 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Pure Joy Soapery is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at purejoysoapery@gmail.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to update it.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Pure Joy Soapery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at purejoysoapery@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items/packaging so we can assist you.

Warm Weather Notice 
Because some natural products may soften or melt in high temperatures, please retrieve your package promptly after delivery. Pure Joy Soapery is not responsible for product changes caused by prolonged heat exposure after delivery.
